Customers may request cancellation of their order within 2 hours of placing the order. Cancellation requests received within this period will be processed without any cancellation charges.

Cancellation After Order Processing
Once an order has been processed, packed, or handed over to the courier partner, it may no longer be eligible for cancellation. In such cases, customers may refer to our Return & Refund Policy for available options after delivery.

Refusal of Delivery
If you wish to cancel an order that has already been shipped, you may refuse to accept the package at the time of delivery. Upon successful return of the package to our warehouse and verification of its condition, any eligible refund will be processed as per our Return & Refund Policy.

Cancellation by Kitchen Affordables
Kitchen Affordables reserves the right to cancel any order under the following circumstances:

• Product is out of stock or unavailable.

• Incorrect pricing or product information due to technical errors.

• Payment failure or unsuccessful transaction verification.

• Suspected fraudulent or unauthorized activity.

• Delivery location is not serviceable.

In such cases, customers will be notified promptly, and a full refund will be issued if payment has already been received.

Refund for Cancelled Orders
For eligible cancelled orders:

• Prepaid orders will be refunded to the original payment method used during checkout.

• Refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days after cancellation approval.

• Actual credit timelines may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Modification of Orders
Once an order is placed, modifications such as changing products, quantities, shipping addresses, or payment methods may not be possible. Customers are advised to carefully review their order details before completing the purchase.
