We offer a 7-day return window from the date of delivery for eligible products. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and returned with all original packaging, labels, manuals, and accessories intact.

Customers must notify us within 7 days of receiving the order to initiate a return request.

Non-Returnable Items

• Products returned without original packaging.

• Customized or special-order items.

• Products damaged after delivery.

• Correctly delivered products without any defect or damage.

Damaged, Incorrect, or Missing Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete order, please contact our customer support team within 7 days of delivery.

To process your request, please provide:

• Order number.

• Clear photos of the product received.

• Photos of the outer packaging.

• A brief description of the issue.

After verification, we will arrange a replacement or issue a refund based on product availability and your preference.

Order Cancellation Policy
Orders may be cancelled within 2 hours of placement. Once an order has been processed or shipped, cancellation requests may not be accepted.

Customers may also refuse delivery at the time of arrival if they wish to cancel the order before accepting the shipment.

Replacement Policy
Replacement requests are subject to stock availability. If a replacement product is unavailable, a full refund will be issued once the returned item has been received and approved after inspection.

Refund Process
After receiving and inspecting the returned product, we will notify you of the approval status of your refund.

• For prepaid orders, refunds will be credited to the original payment method.

• For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer after receiving the required account details.
